This makes any UI design difficult because all he wants to do is go on and on about typography, color, CSS, etc. (which are all awesome, don't get me wrong), but he won't soil his hands with even the basic programming skills necessary to make his UIs &lt;em&gt;work&lt;/em&gt;.
