Al Gore is not going to run; it's obvious he has some agreement with the Clintons, or he would have done it already (Obama / Edwards are both going nowhere). A Gore/Clinton ticket would have been pretty strong, but I think they are blinded by Clinton's fundraising and it will be Clinton/probably Obama but maybe Edwards.

I think Al Gore has had enough.

That said - Ron Paul can win the nomination ... remember, PEOPLE vote in primaries, not some abstract party decided by Sean Hannity and Rudy McRomneyson. It's all about spreading the message. Everywhere it is spread, people see it is the truth. This country, and the republican party in particular, is waking up. That is a good thing. You're going to be surprised. Just wait.

    Keep fighting the good fight.

Ron could get the ticket... but I do not think he will.
As for Gore, I do not think he would run and if he did I do not think that America would turn out to 'symbolically' affirm 'their' previous votes.

So, Gore could convince Ron Paul that he cannot win in the toilet of the Rep. party, but could succeed in the sewer of the Dem. Party... interesting. I do not believe Ron Paul could be persuaded to make that move... I mean there is not a huge difference in the party's but in that candidate there is, like their fundamental views being polar (one believes in BIG gov that creates a welfare state and the other is a limited Fed government). Ron Paul is a good representation of what the party was supposed to be before the neo-cons ran a muck. A new party is in order, both are waste pools.... just one is completely gone (dem) and the other slowly going the same road.
