Free Will and Punishment
I'd love to do the Jujitsu thing more often, but time is killing me. I've been in traditional martial arts the last 2.5 years and taking an MMA class for the last 2. I hear ya. We bring in specialists into MMA so that's the only Jujitsu I get but it's good stuff. We just had Steve Maxwell visit for a few weeks and he was amazing. My key to it all it not doing it back to back during the week. I need at least 24 hours if not 48 between sessions or I'm just cruising for a bruising....course I'm over 40 now. :) So you into BJJ or what?
yo.. homie.. need you to get in touch with me...
the boss wants me to post a blog on your site
get at me please.....
Remember to exhale when you make a move. That way you are forced to breath. That should help.
When I took Jiu Jitsu my world changed when I learned to relax. Once you stop trying to force things to happen it is so much easier. You can grapple for an hour and not break a sweat. I definitely found Jiu Jitsu to be a lazy man's sport. I loved it.
@maxo I do not agree with the lazy part, but relaxing really helps.
