Why do you say they fail? An AMAZING number of his are exactly right, which is in fact pretty surprising? I don't get it.

Actually, the sad fate of CSR is also pretty darn surprising. I wanted to try Dragon Nat Speaking software for years and finally somebody gave it to me as a gift as week. I was shocked how accurate it was!
